My work "Ana in Shangri-La" was shortlisted for the 2025 Milburn Art Prize (Brisbane). Using graphite on moleskine paper, it was drawn entirely from life Inspired by my grandchild’s exploration of the gardens - her contemplative figure inspecting tree, plant, and flower - becomes the lens with which we too view this landscape, inviting the openness and pleasure of a child in the viewing.
