This winter, I'm teaching a 10x class course on drawing at belArts Visual Art School.
Starting from this week, 25th July, 2025, come join me on Friday afternoons for an introduction to how to approach drawing. It is designed for the absolute beginner or for more experienced artists wishing to re-examine the fundamentals. We will be working mainly from still life and concentrating on processes of visual enquiry, asking basic questions about shape (both negative and positive), proportion, depth, tone, and perspective as well as the place of silhouette, composition and abstraction in representational drawing. This class is optimal for ages 15+ years.
